It consists of specialized, strategic and tailored support sessions in the area of human resources and development of organizational cultures of happiness and well-being. The objective of these sessions is to accompany the organization in the design and implementation of strategies to develop people and achieve the challenges alined with the business vision. During these sessions participants:
■ Will define their base philosophy and we will build strategies and action plans in the areas of selection, training, development, evaluation and remuneration, aimed at achieving people’s growth.
■ Will design strategies to generate commitment and involvement through focusing on the positive elements of the teams and thus increasing their productivity.
